Where can buyers find purchased tickets?

Logged-in buyers can open My Tickets. Guest buyers can use order lookup with their order number and email.

How do event organizers start selling?

Create an account, complete vendor registration, submit KYC documents, then create an event from the vendor dashboard after approval.

How do course instructors publish courses?

Complete the instructor KYC track, create course content, then submit the course for admin review before publishing.

What should staff do when a ticket fails at the door?

Use the scanner result message first. Escalate duplicate, wrong-event, or manual override cases to the event operator with the ticket code and scan time.
